Here is a simple example I wrote showing you how to use FreeGLUT. The FreeGLUT library & Header Files can be downloaded from here & the Code::Blocks project can be found here. The FreeGLUT header & lib files need to be placed in your Code::Blocks include/GL folder & lib folder respectively.

I ported FreeGLUT (Win and Lin) to FreeBASIC in the past but no one FB user found it usefull by the way the original GLUT lib has on Win bugs this is the point why FreeGLUT is realy better. FreeGLUT detects many more pressed KEY's on Win too and has better support for the mouse wheel bla bla bla

I just found the post you made on the FreeBASIC forum about your FreeGLUT library, Joshy. I might try & build it later on.
Well it lets you write OpenGL programs in C, C++ or C# much quicker & easier because all of the window-creation code is handled for you. It also provides you with a lot of commands for reading from the keyboard, mouse etc.
