Anyone get a chance to test Basic4GL on Windows 10 yet? I'm still holding off on upgrading until I hear more about it compatibility/security wise

I'm interested in trying out Windows 10 but I haven't got 20GB of free disk-space and I'm not prepared to delete anything. :-D

basic4gl seems to work fine on windows 10 (at least the astroid demo) I heard that there was an issue if you have 2 nvidia gfx cards in sli but supposedly that has been fixed since launch. I have been running it for a couple days and it seems great so far. Microsoft finally did something right since windows 7! it isn't as fast as my opensuse install but windows 8.1 didn't either so that was expected.. other than a little sluggishness here and there I am really enjoying windows 10 so far google drive image

I agree it works fine I should of talked about this 5 months ago as I was using Microsoft Windows 10 Technical Preview for a lot of my recent development in the last 4 months just forgot I was using it till I saw this post lol.
It works fine I have seen a couple of things that I have never seen before but it could be my laptop. Sometimes you can see the images go from 0,0 go to the location that I set which I haven't seen before but again could be my programming and also could be my laptop again not sure.
Btw windows 10 is awesome I love it, it seems microsoft really listened to a lot of peoples feedback especially in the technical preview.

Okay, so I said that I wasn't prepared to delete anything. I was lying. :-D
I had a lot of movies on my computer, some of which I hadn't even bothered watching. So it was quite easy to find a spare 20GB.
After spending about 5 hours in total for downloading, initialising and installing; I was impressed as it does seem to be slightly more responsive than Windows 8 was.

Windows 10 has some security issues I'm not too fond of. Glad Bagel works for Windows 10, however ! While I have updated and upgraded to Win 8.1 w Classic Shell plugin to make the interface like WinXP, there are a great many programs I have that do not run in Win 8.1 and I'm certain they won't run in Windwos 10, either. Good to know the current future supports Bagel ! Here is the article about security: www.ibtimes.com/windows-10-checks-pirate-bay-torrents-bootleg-games-hardware-automatically-2056054

The only problem that I've had is with my printer which I bought back in 2006. :-(
The updated printer driver is quite old and I keep getting errors regarding the printer spooler. I don't use the printer very often so I've decided to get rid of it as it's quite annoying.
