I've created a small program in Visual Basic for viewing OpenGL Man Pages. It works fine on my computer but could someone else running Vista try it. Using it is quite simple, just click either the GL or GLU button then click on One of the links to view the Man page. Download the program here. If you aren't running Vista & you want to try the program you could download the .NET Framework 3.5 from here.

Did it work on your computer? I thought you'd had difficulty installing the .NET Framework 3.5.
