What is .tar.gz file means ? Where do I put it ? Treat it as a plugin ?

The .tar format is just a container folder & the .gz is a form of ZIP compression. You'll need to open the .gz file & then open the .tar folder, I use 7-Zip.

What is "ShellExecute .." in C::B ? Where can I find other command like that ? E.g : command to copy file , paste file , make tray icon , make registry , audio input , and others ?

ShellExecute is a command in Windows that allows you to open files, programs, shortcuts etc. You can use the ShellExecute command in a lot of different programming languages not just C++. The best place to start looking for examples is searching here.

Anyone know where can I find CodeBlocks tutorials besides CodeBlocks' forum , because some of the tutorials make me blur .

Y'know, Tom could add SHELL as a feature to B4GL. Maybe not allow it unless the SAFETY is switched off.
