Window Icon PluginSo, I somehow managed over the course of today to figure out how to change the icon in the upper-left corner of the B4GL window with a plug-in. If you use the sample program, put the .ico images in the same folder as basic4gl.exe. SetWindowIcon(full file path, width, height) Note: sample program needs toolbox

I found that the original wouldn't work as an executable, (becuase the program isn't called Basic4GL then) so I updated it. Files available at first post.
SetWindowIcon(windowtitle(), full file path, width, height) ResetWindowIcon(windowtitle())
However, it would be nice if I could properly get the window title within the plug-in. openGLWindow->Title() gets the last four characters correct when not an executable and all of them when it is an executable. The incorrect four characters which should be 'Basi' when not an executable are a random jumble.
Does anyone know of a fix for this? If not, then what about the variable isStandaloneExe in the plug-in? I have seen that there was a thread that discussed problems with it but that seems to have disappeared.
I gave up too easily, problems resolved. Now v1.1 SetWindowIcon(full file path, width, height) ResetWindowIcon()

Thanks man I love your plugin. You are a lot newer than me here and you in my opinion are a better programmer than me. Well at least you know how to make a working plugin for basic4GL.
I will use your plugin for almost all my basic4Gl applications from now on.

Programming experience is not related to forum join date or post count, if it was I'd be working for Microsoft . Very nice plugin btw .
