Yes, it does. Are you thinking of entering?
I'm wondering whether I should try and create something. I usually fail to complete these kind of projects though. :-(

Still don't understand many things in programming. I still need to learn more in programming first. If you have enough skills in game programming, I think that you can try. In fact, there are still about 9 weeks before the deadline. I have played some games made with Basic4GL. Many good games are in the gallery. Basic4GL is a good and suitable tool for game programming...sure. However, this forum is not active enough. If experienced Basic4GL users can submit nice games to the competition, it will be wonderful. Their games can attract other people to join this forum. Right? You have written over 2000 posts in this forum. Haha.....you should be a experienced Basic4GL user. Right? ( Use www. before Syntaxbomb's URL, otherwise, that forum's appearance is very strange. )

Well I have been thinking about it but I've been having problems with my computer. As we're moving into Summer and the weather's getting hotter, it keeps overheating. Getting a new computer is out of the question at the moment, so I'm unable to do any programming.

I think that you only need to buy a heatsink(and a fan). Then the heat problem will be solved. Yes, you only need to spend a small amount of money on the heatsink and the fan, sure!

I'd have to buy a bit more than that, it's a Laptop. :-D
I've got another old computer that I'm currently using from 2006. But that hasn't even got a Hard-drive, I've installed Puppy Linux on a USB and am using that.
I can't run the newest version of Basic4GL on it though so I'm using an old version that was written for Linux back in 2007. :-)

You can use this computer to develop computer games in Basic4GL without any problem? Good!! I am really looking forward to new games from you!
