G'day everyone,
As i've only started playing around with Basic4GL today i'm not too up to speed with how executables are compiled. I've worked out how to compile a program to an exe, easy enough, but they never run.
Problem tho is that it runs perfectly in the Editor.
Now just to rule out any sprite errors or images (as all the other posts with this problem had), even the most simple program ....
print "Hello World"
will not work as a standalone EXE
It will work fine in the editor however.
Any ideas as to why this would be happening?
Just one other thing, it seems that the programs do run, but nothing is rendered in the black screen it produces (i tried a windowed 800x600 exe) and it comes up, but just plain blank with a hello world example, and it closes as soon as you hit escape.
Cheers, Scott

Whoops.. Seems like I broke the standalone exes. It should be fixed now. You'll need to download and install it again though. (I haven't bothered to change the version number, so it's still v2.4.6.)
