Hi all - I just downloaded Basic4GL and I was giving it a go, being very impressed by what I saw (even though not having functions/procedures and being limited to GoSubs is a pain).
I'd like to ask if it's possible to mix fonts of different size in a screen - calling resizetext resizes all text output AFAIK. Is there any alternative?
Thanks, Spyros

Currently the answer is no The text output is effectively based on a 2D grid. So as you said, resizing it effectively resizes everything. It guess it would be possible to have a varying sized text implementation. I.e make the text area behave a bit like wordpad, and have text wrapping and scrolling calculated based on the character size. It's not something I'd probably do unless people really needed it though. And at the moment there are some other features (like user functions/procedures) that are more desired -Tom

Oh, that sounds quite complicated - I was thinking more of a variable size vector font. It's not something I'd probably do unless people really needed it though.
