I know that I could do primative collision detection for this type of game, but is there a way to use the transparency of a tile to do collision detection?
for instance...
let's say my character is walking along and he walks into a bush or something... I could have the program stop him at the tile before he steps into the tile that holds the bush, but I would rather have him walk right up to the bush.
Any ideas on how I could do this?
