so you can be able to this;
function Runtime Struc hi a() struc hi dim b end struc
dim hi helloword helloword.b="hi world" return helloword end function
print a().b 'prints hi world
atm you can only do this (but it won't work):
function hi a() struc hi dim b end struc
dim hi helloword helloword.b="hi world" return helloword end function
print a().b 'prints hi world

I don't know a lot of people who declare structures in functions. If anything I'd go the opposite way and say that structures shouldn't be allowed to be defined in functions at all. To me its neither a good or useful way to code however I do agree that with statements would be a good idea.
