Ok basically I have fucked up os. What I mean is there are errors everywhere. Mainly because my little brother decided to go and delete a program which I told him was in program files. So he basically deletes anything he wanted to. Games, internet explorer and whole bunch of other files that is important. Basically the stuff he deleted doesn't allow it to be fully deleted but still has somefiles there. So what do I do.
The laptop is now experiancing side by side config errors and I can't use internet. The pdf reader son't work and basically my computer's restore sytem is freid.
Is there anyway to fix this without having to buy an OS: I would like to atleast hope there is a solution

Maybe run a disk cleanup I really don't know, I have also had some troubles with my laptop. If you can access the internet on another computer(which you just posted on the forum so obviously you can), you may be able go to microsoft's,adobe's, and other websites and download the installers that you need to a jumpdrive and then run them on your laptop. But i don't know if that will work because i've never had that problem.

Every time I run the sfc /scannow function in command it repairs it fixes more and more.
Is that a good thing.
To me that is a good thing but I don't know

yes its a good thing to an extent, sounds like your filesystem is quite fragmented as you restore more maybe theres more that needs to repair, do it until system restore works -darkjetser

well for starters(startup actually) when i boot up my computer you must kill the process "explorer.exe" and start a new process called "explorer.exe" i cant run any .exe files that came from a zipped folder unless i had JUST unzipped the folder... id go on but i got to go....
edit:
kk
-i also get problems running anything made in python - after so long it gives me an error and quits me out
-anything run with direct X 5 or below(my comp has direct X 8) crashes my computer)
-its overall very slow(however exceptionally fast for only 256 mb ram)
-doesnt allow me to open anything in the default "Downloads" folder - and just deletes it
-REFUSES to hook up to the internet
-also REFUSES to read from CD's
that's what i can think of from the top of my head... what exactly is wrong with yours?(such as, what do some of the errors say?)
