help¡, how to upload a video

I was working in a various Game demos and i whould like to
post it but i don´t know how to do it can somebody help me please ,i like to know what you thing about the videos

Are you asking how to upload a program that you've written?

You can use the Attachment: option when you make a post as long as your demo isn't over 1MB.

If you want to upload a video I suggest using YouTube.
