I know one thing it isn't necessary but would be good for Basic4GL is to have plugin for the steamworks sdk. Main reason is to add archievements for games in steam otherwise it's not needed.
I have a game in the making and I'm about 30% to a alpha test phase where everyone that helps limited to 10 - 20 copies of the game for free. Basically I will pay for the steam greenlight fee when it is closer and it's money I'm saving for a new car so it's not setting me back at all but it would be cool to be able to create achievements for steam in basic4GL as well as anything else that the steamworks SDK has that I may put in the game. If I knew how to A) use C++ better and B) had the knowledge to create the Plugin I would but since I can't it's not the end of the world as games for steam greenlight does not need to use the steamworks SDK.
